The immigrant heart is one that is strengthened by resilience and determination. One focused on the dreams of a new beginning. The Segerstrom family left their native country and traveled to the United States in search of their American Dream. It was their desire to write the next chapter for their family and find a place they called home.
That home would become what we now know as Santa Ana and Costa Mesa.

Many things have changed since the early days of lima bean farming, but two things have remained constant. Family and community. Whether it is in their commitment to local schools, dedication to world class performing arts, or philanthropic work to non-profit charities, the Segerstrom Family has and always will be part of the fabric of this community.

Now, the Segerstrom family looks to write the next chapter of their story. A story that embraces their roots and history in Santa Ana. One that is immersed in the culture and its traditions.

That chapter is called the Village Santa Ana.
